• The foundational philosophy behind "What·If" Circles™, why they are so powerful, and how to use them with small groups.
• How to create a safe, inclusive environment to promote the positive sharing of ideas.
• How to explain the process, the rules, and the fundamental ideology of "what·if·upping."
• How to navigate the most common facilitation challenges that occur inside a "What·If" Circle™.
• How to customize your Circle to meet the needs of your small group.
• How to align your Circle with the resources of our global online community.

This is a pre-requisite course for all of our advanced certification programs.
