Wisdom is Waiting for You...

When life feels loud,
wisdom often speaks in a whisper.

Many of us are doing our best — juggling responsibilities, tending relationships, carrying dreams — yet still sensing there’s something more quietly asking for our attention.

Not more effort.

Not better answers.

But better conditions for listening.

What if your life doesn’t need fixing — just space to breathe?

The Art of Creative Living invites you to
slow down, listen inward, and meet your life
withcuriosity, courage, and compassion.

INTRODUCING A
WHAT·IF·UP LIVING LAB:

The Art of Creative Living

Create the conditions your wisdom has been waiting for.

The Art of Creative Living is a 10-week What·If·UP Living Lab designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your inner guidance, and cultivate a lifestyle rooted in curiosity, imagination, and wise, creative action.

Through gentle weekly practices for your mind, heart, and spirit, you’ll learn to meet your life with presence instead of pressure — and discover that wisdom isn’t something you need to earn.

It’s something you remember.

PHASE 1
Return to Presence

Weeks 1-3
Slow down and listen for the wisdom already within you. Through rest, mindfulness, and gentle movement, you create the inner space needed for clarity to emerge.

PHASE 2
Nourish Your Whole Self

Weeks 4-7
Strengthen your foundation through nourishment, creativity, nature, and meaningful connection. These practices build resilience and help wisdom take root in everyday life.

PHASE 3
Live Your Wisdom

Weeks 8-10
Move your inner practice outward into service, generosity, and celebration. You begin to live your wisdom — not just notice it.

(Optional)
Community of Practice

You’re warmly invited — never required — to practice alongside others in our weekly What·If Circles.

When you choose to join a Circle, you’re not just attending a session — you’re stepping into a shared commitment to show up, listen deeply, and support one another through the 10-week Living Lab. Circles are small, intentional containers where consistency, presence, and mutual care create the conditions for meaningful transformation.

Some participants join a virtual Circle. Others bring the process into their own homes or communities. However you choose to engage, you’ll be welcomed into a field of practice rooted in respect, imagination, and wise, creative living.

I'm Mindy Audlin.

For nearly 30 years, I’ve been walking alongside people who feel called to live more creatively, courageously, and compassionately — not by fixing themselves, but by asking better questions.

I’m the author of What If It All Goes RIGHT? and the creator of the What·If·UP Process, a simple way of opening possibility when life feels uncertain or overwhelming.

The Art of Creative Living was born from my own longing to slow down, listen more deeply, and create spaces where wisdom can emerge naturally — in real lives, not just in theory.

I’m honored to practice with you.

"For me now, this is a practice. Like yoga is. Like meditation is. This is a practice of building a better life. And I use this as a tool.”

Alexandra Gosse

"It changed the way I look at things because what if the story you have been telling yourself is not true? Are you open to seeing it from another perspective? That’s what it did for me."
